Warranty Policy

At Pebble Guard, we are committed to providing reliable and quality safety products for children. This Warranty Policy explains the warranty coverage applicable to Pebble Guard helmets purchased through our official website or authorized sales channels.

1. Warranty Period

Pebble Guard helmets are covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is subject to the terms and conditions described below.

2. What Is Covered

During the warranty period, Pebble Guard may provide repair, replacement, or another appropriate remedy where a product is found to have a genuine manufacturing defect.

The warranty may cover defects relating to:

  • Manufacturing workmanship

  • Materials used in the helmet

  • Structural components that fail due to a manufacturing defect

  • Buckles, straps, or adjustment components that fail due to a manufacturing defect

The warranty does not guarantee that the helmet will remain free from normal wear and tear.

3. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidents or crashes

  • Impact or collision

  • Improper use

  • Misuse or abuse

  • Negligence

  • Improper fitting or adjustment

  • Failure to follow product instructions

  • Improper storage or transportation

  • Exposure to extreme heat or other unsuitable conditions

  • Unauthorized modification or alteration

  • Drilling, cutting, painting, or otherwise modifying the helmet

  • Damage caused by chemicals, solvents, or unsuitable cleaning products

  • Scratches, dents, cosmetic damage, or changes in appearance caused by ordinary use

  • Damage caused by pets or other external causes

  • Use of the product for a purpose for which it was not designed

4. Important Helmet Impact Safety Rule

A helmet that has experienced a significant impact should be replaced, even if there is no visible damage.

A helmet is designed to absorb energy during an impact, and its protective capability may be compromised after a significant impact.

The Pebble Guard warranty should not be interpreted as a guarantee that an impact-damaged helmet can safely continue to be used.

If your child’s helmet has been involved in a crash or significant impact, stop using it and contact Pebble Guard for guidance regarding replacement.

5. Warranty Claim Requirements

To submit a warranty claim, the customer should provide:

  • Order number or proof of purchase

  • Customer’s name

  • Registered mobile number or email address

  • Product details

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the helmet

  • Photographs or videos showing the reported defect, if requested

Pebble Guard may request additional information where reasonably necessary to assess the warranty claim.

6. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Please contact Pebble Guard through the customer-support details provided on our website.

When contacting us, mention “Warranty Claim” in the subject or message and provide your order details.

Our team will review the claim and provide instructions regarding the next steps.

7. Warranty Assessment

Once a warranty claim is received, Pebble Guard may assess the product to determine whether the reported issue is covered by this Warranty Policy.

We may request that the product be returned for inspection where necessary.

Warranty coverage will be determined based on the nature and cause of the reported defect.

8. Warranty Resolution

If the claim is approved, Pebble Guard may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law:

  • Replace the defective product;

  • Repair the product, where repair is appropriate; or

  • Provide another appropriate remedy.

If the same product or model is unavailable, Pebble Guard may provide an alternative solution of comparable value, subject to availability and applicable law.

9. Shipping for Warranty Claims

Where a warranty claim is confirmed to involve a manufacturing defect covered by this policy, Pebble Guard will handle applicable shipping arrangements or costs as communicated to the customer.

If an item is sent to Pebble Guard for inspection and the issue is determined not to be covered by the warranty, any applicable return or shipping charges will be communicated to the customer before proceeding, where applicable.

10. Warranty Does Not Extend the Original Warranty Period

A replacement product provided under warranty will generally remain covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period, unless applicable law or Pebble Guard specifically provides otherwise.

A replacement does not automatically restart a new 6-month warranty period.

11. Warranty for Replacement Products

If a product is replaced under warranty, the replacement will be subject to the applicable Pebble Guard warranty terms.

The customer may be required to provide proof of the original purchase.

12. Proof of Purchase

A valid invoice, order confirmation, receipt, or other acceptable proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim.

Warranty claims without reasonable proof of purchase may be subject to additional verification.

13. Warranty for Products Purchased Through Other Sellers

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, counterfeit products, or products for which the original purchase cannot reasonably be verified may not be eligible for Pebble Guard’s warranty.

Where a product is purchased through an authorized retailer or marketplace, the customer may be required to provide the original purchase documentation.

14. Transfer of Warranty

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the warranty is intended for the original purchaser and is not automatically transferable to another person.

15. Product Modifications

Any unauthorized modification to a Pebble Guard helmet may void the warranty to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Customers should not:

  • Drill holes in the helmet

  • Remove structural components

  • Modify the shell

  • Modify straps or buckles

  • Add attachments that are not approved for the product

  • Use adhesives, paints, solvents, or chemicals that may affect the helmet’s materials

16. Warranty and Return Policy

The Warranty Policy and Refund & Return Policy are separate.

The standard return period for Pebble Guard products is 7 days from delivery, subject to the conditions in the Refund & Return Policy.

After the return period has expired, an eligible manufacturing defect may still be considered under the 6-month warranty.

17. Consumer Rights

This Warranty Policy does not limit or exclude any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Indian law.

Where applicable law provides a consumer with rights that are more favorable than the terms of this Warranty Policy, those rights will continue to apply.

18. Changes to This Warranty Policy

Pebble Guard may update this Warranty Policy from time to time.

Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
